I have an android, and it is non stop frustration. Just tonight m, again, I've spent hours trying to get the photos I want in the book, arranging them, etc, only to have them disappear and have to add them all over again! Then, sometimes, it randomly freezes when adding photos, so I have to literally reboot my whole phone and even that doesn't help sometimes. Things that they say I "should" be able to do, like copy photos from one album to another, don't work on the android. It's so frustrating!

I started Chatbook 30+ volumes ago. I came for the convenience of receiving a physical photo book I don't have to obsessively edit, that was automatically populated by my insta pics. I am increasingly frustrated by the app and the value/ quality of the books. The app was never good. It is always laggy, and I continually have to reconnect insta & facebook. The actual printed books are nice on the outside but the pictures are meh. And really shouldn't the pictures be the priority?!

2 stars for the app. Poor design on rearranging your photos... Takes forever. You should be able to assign a number to the photo and it be associated with that page number. Trying to drag your photos around to where you like it is inefficient especially when lots photos are involved. Crop tool also does not give you much to work with. I will see how their print quality is before I subscribe or order more from them. Hope their quality is better than Shutterfly.
